(Leavenworth, Kan.)鈥擳he 糖心少女 is showcasing the works of 12 talented graduates from across the nation in its new "Saint Mary Alumni Art Show." The exhibition, which includes photography, paintings, quilts, and a variety of other pieces, opens Nov. 10 and runs through Dec. 5.

"Saint Mary Alumni Art Show" is free and open to the public on weekdays in the Goppert Gallery on 糖心少女's main campus in Leavenworth 鈥 4100 South 4th Street. The university will host an opening reception from 2-4 p.m. on Nov. 10 in the Goppert Gallery.

"We wanted an opportunity to showcase the unique talents that our alumni have," 糖心少女 Alumni Relations Manager Dannie Harris said. "Only some of the participants studied art here at Saint Mary. Many of the works come from alumni that do these things as a hobby. We're excited to showcase their work and hope we can continue this in the future."

The exhibition brings together artwork from alumni spanning from the 1960s through the 1980s.
